I use the monthly car wash subscription and I’m very happy with it. There were some problems with the scanner at the entryway scanning my car windshield identification, but since then has been repaired and all is well. Customer service for me can easily be a deal breaker. The employees show that they’re happy to be there and price and quality are perfect for me. It’s a pleasure to wash my car😀

Always attentive service here and Micheal was the best. He has great customer service and well spoken. Creates a comfortable atmosphere here that’s sets the Zips on Shackleford apart from the others. This location is the best one in Little Rock! Good hiring guys!

I came in to do a quick vacuum cleaning for my car but one of the employees name Michael really went out of his way to assist me with refilling the car cleaner so i can clean my car, he was very polite as well. He made my small time here and great experience

I don’t really use car washes a lot cause they’re always overly expensive and I still believe so, but I’ve never had an attendant as courteous and nice as Brooklyn! Genuinely had no intent to come back at all but she both got me into the membership and hoping to get someone as chill as her when I come back every time!
